Customer experience consulting

A customer experience that feels as good as the work behind it.

I help entrepreneurs and small teams look at their customer experience end to end and connect it to the operations behind it, so what customers feel actually matches what you intend.

First call is a conversation, not a pitch. Tell me what’s happening and we’ll see if I’m the right fit.

What this covers

The places customer experience usually gets stuck.

Customer journey mapping

We walk the journey the way a customer actually experiences it, and find the spots where things get confusing, slow or silent.

Onboarding

The first days decide a lot. We make onboarding consistent, welcoming, and clear for every new customer, not just the ones who ask.

Customer communications

Emails, updates and announcements that sound like you, answer real questions, and arrive before people have to ask.

Feedback systems

A simple way to collect, organize and actually use what customers tell you so feedback stops piling up and starts shaping decisions.

Support processes

Clearer ways to handle questions and requests, so your team isn't reinventing the same answer for the fifth time this month.

Customer education & content

Resources that reduce repeat questions, build trust, and make it easier for people to get value from what you made.

How I approach the work.

01

Listen first

I start by understanding your business, your customers, and what's actually happening, including talking to customers or reviewing feedback when it makes sense.

02

Connect the dots

Customer experience rarely breaks in one place. I look across the whole journey and the processes behind it to find where things get stuck.

03

Build it together

We design fixes that fit how your team works: clearer processes, better communications, useful systems; not a ninety-page deck.

04

Make it stick

Documentation, light tools and simple ways to keep improving, so the experience holds up after our work together ends.

Who this is for

Small teams, real problems.

This is for entrepreneurs, founders, and small teams whose business has outgrown the way things have always been done; when customer questions repeat, onboarding feels inconsistent, or feedback goes nowhere.

It’s probably not for organizations that need an enterprise consulting engagement, a big retainer or a large research program. If that’s what you need, I’ll happily say so on the first call.

One thing worth knowing: customer experience is one of the areas I work in, and it usually sits right next to operations, programs, content and community. That’s the point, the experience your customers have is shaped by everything happening behind the scenes.

Before you commit to anything

What happens on a first call.

  • What's happening in your business right now
  • Where the customer experience feels broken or unclear
  • Whether I'm the right fit for what you need
  • What a sensible next step could look like

No slides, no sales sequence. If I’m not the right person for it, I’ll tell you and try to point you somewhere useful.

Let’s look at your customer experience.

You don’t need to know exactly what kind of help you need before reaching out. Tell me what’s happening with your customers and we’ll figure it out together.
